Norco Air is a family owned and operated business established more than 12 years ago. In fact, it was all in the family from the beginning. Our CEO, Juan, started helping his father in the field doing installations and service work when he was 12 years old and all the way up through his high school graduation. Afterwards, Juan worked for a large Dallas-Fort Worth contractor where he gained invaluable training in service,
installation, sales and in administrative duties.
