Have used their services twice and they consistently provided excellent work with attention to detail. One job was to assess down unit and they clearly demonstrated the need for replacement and the second job was to assess down unit and they made cost-effective repairs to get the unit back up and running.

Juan and Darin are so friendly, quick, professional and knowledgeable. We had our furnaces, ac units and thermostats replaced. I am one that change always has me skeptical but anytime I have an issue they come out and help me to understand and rectify the issue. Peace of mind is everything and worth every penny! Extremely satisfied, showed up to diagnose the problem the same day. Showed up within the hour and was able to find the problem within 20 minutes. Great experience from start to finish, explained everything in detail. Would highly recommend to anyone needing HVAC assistance.

My a/c stopped working at night, I called Norco that night and they came first thing next morning. Fix my unit promptly eventhough my unit is 16 years old. It's working good but I know ill need a new one. I know who I'm calling, Norco, for sure. Would of given then 10 stars.

The guys at Norco air were very professional The owner is a very honest hard working man I called him because my A/C went out I was told by my warranty couple that to fix it was going to cost me thousands of dollars The owner from Norco came out and look 👀 at my unit and to my surprise he was able to fix it for very little cost I so appreciate someone honest I am so glad I found this company I give them 5 stars and a rating of AA++

Gave Norco service a call about my AC leaking and they got someone out to take a look at it and came up with game plan and it was fixed the next day!! I was also informed that I had other issues happening and they were able to fix those same day! Juan’s Team also made sure to clean up any mess, which was awesome! If I had any questions they were ready to answer them and also updated me on the work that was being done! Will be my 1st recommendation at all times!
