Do you offer emergency HVAC services?
Yes. We provide 24/7 emergency heating and cooling service, 365 days a year including weekends and holidays. Our average response time is under 2 hours, and we never charge overtime fees for after-hours calls. If your system breaks down, we’ll be there fast.
How much does a new HVAC system cost, and do you offer financing?
Every home is different, so we provide free in-home consultations and upfront quotes before any work begins. To make it affordable, we offer flexible financing options including 0% interest for up to 18 months, payments as low as $120/month or $30/week, and same-as-cash options for up to 6 months all subject to credit approval.
What warranties do you offer on your work?
We stand behind everything we install. New system installations come with a 10-year parts warranty, and 10-year labor warranty is also available on qualifying installs. All repair work includes a 2-year parts warranty. We also back every new system with a 2-year no-lemon guarantee if your system has repeated failures within 2 years, we make it right, no questions asked.
Do you repair all HVAC brands, or only certain ones?
Our licensed technicians are trained to repair and service all major HVAC brands, including Carrier, Trane, Lennox, Rheem, York, and American Standard. Whether we installed your system or not, we’ll diagnose it honestly and give you straightforward options repair first whenever possible, replacement only when it genuinely makes sense for your home and budget.
What's included in an HVAC maintenance visit?
Our maintenance visits cover a full system inspection including checking refrigerant levels, cleaning coils, inspecting electrical connections, testing thermostat calibration, replacing air filters, and making sure your system is running at peak efficiency. Regular maintenance helps prevent costly breakdowns, extends the life of your equipment, and keeps your energy bills as low as possible. We recommend a tune-up once before summer and once before winter each year.
